The Space is fully air conditioned and also has central heating. All on one level we have open plan kitchen, living and dining, with a large dining table seating 8. Master bedroom with king bed, sitting area and ensuite. Bedroom Two with queen bed. Bedroom Three with queen bed. Bedroom Four with two king single beds plus floor mattress that will fit in all rooms. Family bathroom with large bath, shower and seperate toilet. Second living area so plenty of space for everyone. Fireplace to keep you cosy in the cooler months. Heating and cooling throughout to ensure your comfort all year round. Outdoor dining area with bbq and many places to sit and enjoy the view on the gorgeous wrap around verandah. Laundry with washing machine and heat pump dryer. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours.
