Charles was very responsive to all my questions! The apartment was clean to a tee, and esthetically pleasing to the eyes. I would definitely stay here again if needed.

We had a great time at this Airbnb! It was really well located to explore Birmingham. Walkable to some fun restaurants, bars, and all of downtown. The space was great as well, and we were super comfortable while exploring all the good eats in the city. I would definitely recommend it!

I'm fortunate in that I've never had a poor experience booking through AirBnb. However, this is the most effortless 5 star review I've ever given. I couldn't imagine a more responsive and responsible host. I'm glad he has a plethora of properties in Birmingham because I'll certainly be back, and I despite duplicate experiences. When I return, I'll book with Charles. Not only because he's the best, but because even scrolling through images of another Birmingham hovel would grip me with pangs of infidelity. Okay, maybe that was exaggerated. But the experience he provides in Birmingham makes it dangerously easy to return. If you're reading this, go ahead and book your stay.
