Juan and his team are an excellent Airbnb host. Well communication with almost instant response. They arrange our airport pick up with very well manner driver. Once we arrived they show us around the house and you know they do care about their guest because they tried to improve every issue that previous guest had so, lucky for us we had no issues with our stays. We are family of 4 and 4 months on the road having our own room with bathrooms is huge for us! No laundry machine but they also provide laundry service with reasonable price per kg. They also provide tourist services but we never feel force to do any with their company and they are willing to help you with anything you want. The location is up on the hill so, you will have the most spectacular view from their big windows on the 3rd floor! Altitudes sickness is joke and stay in Cusco teach us to take everything slow do not rush it! Thank you very much for hosting us. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

Very responsive and helpful hosts! Our hostess greeted us warmly and oriented us to the apartment. She had 6 cups of hot coca tea waiting for our family of 6 and gave us recommendations for restaurants and answered all of our questions. We appreciated her warm kindness as we hadn't slept in beds for 24 hours and had varying degrees of altitude-sickness. The apartment was clean. It is 3 levels so take note of that. In that altitude, climbing stairs left us more out of breath than normal. The apartment is a short 5 min walk from Plaza de Armas and close to pretty much everything you want to do, including tour pick-up spots. A few things to take note of: We had trouble figuring out the hot water for showers so make sure you understand host instructions B4 she leaves. Noise outside did keep us awake a bit but it didn't last too late and wasn't excessive. Overall a very pleasant stay!
