I would not rent this appartment for the coming period since there are major constructuons going on both at the back and neighbouring side. If we would have known about this we would not have booked this appartment. It is generally considered good practice for apartment owners to inform potential tenants about any ongoing construction nearby, as it can significantly impact the quality of your experience. This information allows you to make an informed decision about whether you still want to proceed with the rental or explore alternative options. This host did not informed us and after I have contacted the host to ask for a refund she declined. Stefanie came with alternatives but those were not adequate. We were forced to escalte the situation to an Airbnb expert who took care of us properly.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und geräumig, gut ausgesttet mit allem nötigen Dinge die man täglich braucht und mit einem sehr schönen Blick auf das Meer. Ganz in der Nähe des Strandes in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden und in kurze zeit zu erreichen. Check-in und (spät!) Check-out wurde problemlos durchgeführt. Unsere Kontaktperson Edyta war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, alle unsere Anfragen wurden sofort beantwortet und gelöst! Wir würden das Apertment jederzeit weiter empfehlen.
