Great colonial style Villa located just 4 blocks from downtown La Fortuna, it features 4 bedrooms with A/C unit each one, 3.5 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, WiFi (100 Megabytes - Up and Down), smart TV, open living room with a balcony next to the pool with an amazing volcano view, laundry area (Washer and Dryer), safety deposit box, private parking and Cable TV. Highly recommended for couples, families and friends visiting La Fortuna and Arenal Volcano area. The colonial style is a house that is open, obviously is all gated but all areas of the house are facing the pool and garden areas, living room is an open area that you can sit and relax overlooking the pool area and Arenal Volcano, there is no walls between living room and pool area, so you will get a fresher house. This is the stile of houses dated from 1820 to 1920, mainly located in the lowlands of Guanacaste province, the owners use to live in Guanacaste and decided to create a similar villa with all the amenities of a Hotel. The house is very spacious, comfortable, private, secluded and just 4 blocks away from the central park. The house is located just 4 blocks from downtown La Fortuna, there are 3 bedrooms: Bedroom 1: King size bed, A/C unit & Private bathroom Bedroom 2: King sized bed and A/C unit Bedroom 3: King sized bed and A/C unit Bedroom 4: Two king size beds, A/C unit & Private bathroom The property has a large private pool with excellent view to the Arenal Volcano, very private property, great living room and terrace with smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, laundry area and private parking. Excellent property to enjoy your vacations in La Fortuna/Arenal Volcano area. The house was remodeled on October 2022 adding the fourth bedroom and the swimming pool area, plus some others improvements.

Great customer service, quick to respond to any questions we had and super flexible with our crazy schedule
We stayed 4 nights and loved every minute of it. The waterfall pool was our favorite place to be. The tropical gardens around the pool were lovely and we even saw some fireflies in the evenings by the pool. Carlos and other staff were absolutely the best, couldn’t have asked for a more responsive and helpful host. We also booked our adventure activities through Carlos and he made all the arrangements for us. He was so helpful. The location was close to many great restaurants, a bakery, pharmacy, banks, grocery stores and souvenir shops. I would highly recommend a stay here. This was our favorite Air BnB of the trip!
Amazing house, location and people to work with. We also scheduled all activities and transportation through them and everything was seamless. House was very clean and location was great since we didn't have a car. We had 2 families with 9 total people and all fit comfortably. Would absolutely recommend this house and company to work with.
Overall had a good stay here— house was in a convenient location and the pool area was great. A couple issues preventing a 5 star review: there is no way to turn on the pool waterfall at the house. The host has control and you need to send a message to turn it on. One afternoon I sent a message to turn it on and the host never responded. Second, there were no paper towels/dish towels in the kitchen which made it difficult to clean/dry dishes.
Home Vacations were professional and very responsive. Check-in/out was a very easy process and the property was exactly as advertised. I would rent from them again!
