This apartment is in a super convenient spot for getting to the trams or trains, for easy access to Melbourne city or surrounds. The place its self is basic, but full of character. Bed was comfortable with clean & fresh linen....and the spa is great at the end of the day. The co-host Dan is friendly, helpful and was quick to respond....thanks🙏 Side note: We loved the small coffee house, just a couple of doors away for our 1st morning brew before taking on the adventures of the day!!

Ryan’s place was in a great location and the accommodation in an historic building was well appointed and had a lot of charm! It is lovely and spacious and it was great to have a kitchen. Super easy to get in and out of the city from, and lots of food, drink and shopping in walking distance.

Ryan was very good at communication and it was easy to get the key. Good location opposite a lovely park and steps away from the tram stop. BUT, the actual accommodation! The other residents in the building were a nightmare. Every night 2am or 3am before they were quiet, loud TV, music, loud voices, shouting and doors banging. The kitchen and the bathroom needed a good clean and the bath had to be cleaned before we could use the shower over the bath. We paid Budget price and got budget accomodation.

great location handy to tram friendly host .unfortunately noise from next room transferred into our room and the noise was till 4am each night.old building so walls must be paper thin wasn't parties just tv and a couple talking felt like we knew them without meeting them .shower inside spa bath needs handrail almost slipped could have been vacation ending

Good sized space in a great location, was perfect for our short trip. Would definitely stay here again.
