The house was great overall. The issue was upon arrival there were many dead and some live spider mites all over the kitchen counters, bathroom counters, toilets, towels, windowsills, and on the kitchen table. When I contacted the owner, he would not refund me the cleaning fee and admitted the big guy had been there to spray for spider mites that week. No one bothered to clean them up, so we did upon our late arrival. As the night went on and I was working at the kitchen table, spider mites would crawl on me or my computer. If we did not have two young kids in our party who needed to eat and go to bed, we would have packed up and asked for a full refund. All the owner did was apologize until I took it up to Air BNB where he refunded roughly $35 when really the full $95 cleaning fee should have been refunded. The house is beautiful, but the bugs are disgusting.

Beautiful house and in the exact location we needed. Unfortunately an issue came up but AirBnb supported us.

Community center was awesome. We enjoyed the weather. House was nice and cool. Very clean.

This house was perfect for our family, we had plenty of room. It was close to everything. We loved the club house access. We had a great time
