We have privacy screens for the loft and curtains for the office to close off the areas. All beds are memory foam mattresses. We wash the duvet covers in between guests and use nothing but 100% cotton bed linens and towels for a luxurious, at home experience. The dock is a short walk down a flat, wooded path (approx. 3 min walking). Cooler with wheels and a pop-up soft sided wagon are provided for convenience.
