Clean, comfortable, bright, private carriage house, perfect for long stay. We enjoyed the cool & fresh Nantucket decor, working kitchen, parking, king bed, plentiful towels & linens, big closets. The second floor has 3 bedrooms (one furnished sweetly for small children) and a large bathroom with separate tub and shower. The first floor has a half bath, laundry, and game room with queen sleep sofa. The back patio is not available to tenants, but a folding chair is nice to bring to the front garden for a sunset view. Tiffany was exceptionally responsive to any questions or needs. Easy drive to restaurants, shopping, parks, golf; 20 minutes to Boca beach.

Tiffany’s house was perfectly furnished, appointed, and located! She was responsive to any and all requests. My family had a wonderful stay! 5 stars from all four of us.

Tiffany's place was just what I needed. Great location. Peaceful surroundings. Lovely home. Tiffany was absolutely the best host , as she attended to all my needs while at the house. Her home is well maintained and worth every penny. My family and I would definitely stay there again.
