This is a great place to stay; I will give three reasons: 1) The location. It’s fairly close to the airport, but far enough away where you are not bothered by planes. More importantly, you are tucked away in a nice, quiet neighborhood, yet are walking distance to stores like CVS, Publix and Dollar Tree. There is fast food, restaurants, and gas stations nearby. 2) The house itself. So many good things about it, from the aesthetics to the motion lights. The refrigerator has an water dispenser and ice machine - you can even get crushed ice! Beds are comfy and every bedroom had at least a queen bed. The star of the show really is the backyard, with the pool and hot tub. There is a covered area and outdoor furniture on three sides of the pool, so there is always somewhere shaded to sit. The hot tub is the icing on the cake. You can heat it for free, and then run the bubbles for 15 minutes - I felt like a million bucks. 3) Alejandro the host. He’s friendly, responsive, and helpful!
The best location in Lighthouse Point. So close to everything but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood.
We stayed just for a night with my family and it was just what we needed. Super clean and safe area
The place was perfect for our family of 6. It was the close to the beach and stores. I did appreciate that cooking items were left from other guests to use such as spices, cooking spray, laundry detergent etc. There was 4 beach chairs, a cooler and lots of beach towels to use! Our only issue was the pool/spa heating. We did pay extra and it never was heated to 90 like we expected. We did have multiple conversations with Alejandro in regards to that issue but it never seemed to resolve. We did not get offered a credit either. Luckily, the kids didn’t mind too much. That would not deter us from staying there again though. If you are lucky enough, you can meet Coco his dog who is so cute and friendly! Thank you Alejandro for our first stay at Lighthouse Point! We will be back!
