We were hesitant to book this stay with a newer listing and host with limited reviews. I am so glad we did. This property is absolutely beautiful inside and out. The landscaping is just over the top. There's no grass on this property. Every inch of the lot is a type of astro turf and it is incredible! Leave your shoes in the car, you don't need them. We absolutely loved this. The back yard is an absolute oasis. My family of 5 spent all of our time lounging around the pool or in the shade of the massive tiki hut on the Big Joe lounge chairs. The outdoor HEATED showers where incredible after coming back from the private beach or before/after using the pool. The bedrooms where spacious and simple with huge TVs in each. Sliding door access to the back yard from 2 of the bedrooms was incredible. This property was out of our "normal" price range but seemed special. It exceeded all expectations. If you are on the fence, do it. You will not regret it. Awesome job Chris!

Hot tub and pool system were not working during our whole stay so we couldn’t use them. Chris was very rude about this. Attempted to charge us $275 for late checkout that he gave as a gesture. To those thinking of booking with Chris just keep this in mind - 1. Tread VERY lightly with Chris, he definitely lets his temper get the best of him when conducting business. If there is an issue beyond your control, you may still receive some not-so-nice messages from him. 2. Definitely check ahead of time that the pool and hot tub/amenities are working and available if this is important for your stay, because just like Chris, his heating system also has a short fuse. 3. Make sure you have everything written and documented/screenshotted from your messages. 4. Lastly, you are entitled to a partial refund when main amenities are not available for use. With all that being said, Island Breeze is a lovely place to stay as long as everything works properly and you don’t need to interact withChris

We had a great stay at this location. Close to a couple local spots, private, and away from major foot traffic. We had a nice time. Chris was quick to respond to messages.
