Had to communicate through multiple problems. They were responsive and apologetic. I don't want to publicly relive all of the problems, but in all honestly, I would have expected something for all of the inconveniences.

I usually stay with another company But we wanted to go be with our child who is on Bragg for Christmas and everyone mentioned this site to use. They accommodated us with Christmas decorations. They were great. The house had mice poop all over the flat surfaces. Light bulbs not working in bedrooms. No basket in the coffee pot to hold the filter. The toilet upstairs ran all day and night. We tried everything to fix it while we were there. Dead roaches in one of the rooms. Most of the furniture is barely hanging on. The washing machine was so nasty I couldn’t even wash clothes for our long journey home. The communication was great But when I mentioned some kind of reimbursement I was informed 15% was sufficient. I spent $1100 just to stay here for 5 days and I can say 15% was an insult. I understand this is a booking service and it’s not all on them we ended up leaving a day early. The cleaning crew needs to be fired and the owners need to be talked to also. Sent lots of pics.
