We stayed 3 nights at Andrew’s place. It was clean, well furnished, and conveniently located. The mountain view from the back deck was great. Andrew communicated well throughout our trip. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub! We would stay again!

FANTASTIC views from back deck and nice morning views from front of house as well! The “family” areas were nice enough, (agree with the review that said another living room chair would be nice, but not that big of a deal for us.) But, nice to have game table, pool table etc. Location not far to Blue Ridge or Macaysville, but it is in a quiet neighborhood. Overall we were happy with the house, worked out as a family meet up. Everyone uses amenities differently, we had some issues with the stove top. Andrew was very responsive and offered to have it checked, but it worked enough, we didn’t want to sit around waiting for a repair person. Some in our group found their beds too hard for their liking and the bathroom layouts and light switches are … unusual? (17 different switches in the main bedroom/bathroom 🙃) The views are exceptional !

We really enjoyed our stay and the view was beautiful! We watched the sunset every evening and a couple of those evenings were enjoyed from the hot tub. We have a wide range in "children" that are from 26 to 7 and they all were entertained by the pool table, foosball, ping pong and roasting marshmallows at the fire pit! Great space for a large family as we could close off the downstairs when my grandchildren were sleeping upstairs. The owner was very responsive when we had any questions. Thank you!

My only regret is not booking a longer stay! The house was beautiful and had an amazing view. Easy to drive to the downtown and local areas we visited. The host communicated often and the house was clean and easily accommodated 8 of us staying there. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of visiting Blue Ridge area to book this place.

DO IT FOR THE VIEWS! Outdoors had ample parking and more amenities than we had time to use (our stay was too short!). We loved the views from the decks, the fire pit, and hot tub. Unfortunately we never used the ping pong or corn hole. FYI, There are several stairs to the fire pit and lower level that were hard for my 78 yr old mom. Indoors was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The layout with three bedrooms on the main level fit our needs well. We could’ve used another chair in the living room. But with the open plan to the dining room benches, it still worked. Downstairs was roomy, well equipped, and private. We couldn’t locate a hair dryer, so that was a disappointment. (We are accustomed to always having one supplied). The owner wasn’t aware it was missing and said he would replace. Overall, we had a good stay and found no big reason we wouldn’t stay again.
