I can't say enough good things about Villa Cruz. The location, atmosphere, culture, and staff are all phenomenal. Our room was clean and everything worked well, and the hotel has Starlink Wi-Fi and great food (optional) if you want it. The true differentiator, however, is the people. Judy and her staff are incredible -- friendly, helpful, attentive and always happy to provide whatever you need. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The best place to stay in buen hombre full stop!! Steps away from kite spot, clean room, awesome breakfast and most of all Judy and her husband good vibes, they are the perfect hosts. 5⭐️

Villa Cruz is a great option when traveling to Buen Hombre or visiting on a kiteboarding trip. It's within walking distance of the main kite beach or more advanced kiters can launch right across the street. The accommodations are quite basic, but the staff are super helpful and attentive and will help with and provide anything you might need. The lounge area on the second floor was our favorite place to hang out in the mornings chilling and drinking coffee as well as stretching. Lastly, Villa Cruz has high speed Starlink internet service, so there was always a great connection for working remotely or entertainment. Judy is continuing to improve the property, adding amenities, and adding new units and we look forward to returning and staying here on a future trip.
