Good location, walkable to most monuments, only thing to notate is stairs are a little steep! Host is very communicative, everything was as stated. Would definitely recommend this listing to others.

Location is AMAZING. Fit the family (5) perfectly. Could not have asked for a better location close to restaurants and nightlife, as well as, of course, all the sites. Many breakfast spots nearby, and can be strolling the Seine in a matter of minutes. Surprisingly, the property was the quietest place I’ve stayed in Paris despite its great location. Didn’t hear a siren or a moped once! Having two bathrooms and a separate shower was really helpful with 3 kids and 2 adults in the space, as was a kitchen and washer. The property owner is very communicative and helpful. He responded quickly to inquiries in advance of trip and during our stay. They also provide some fun and helpful books and recs for the area. Only drawback was that, as a 6’4 50 year old, the spiral staircase was a bit tricky, and bathrooms small, but, this is France and city-living, and would likely be the case in most place. Additionally, all this was accurately described in the property summary and prior reviews.

Location was great as it was easily my walkable to many great restaurants, sites and the metro. Easily accommodated myself and my three daughters! Jean François & Antoine were great at communicating and providing clear & detailed instructions. Would stay again!
