What an amazing home! My friend’s and I were in town celebrating a 20 year reunion, and couldn’t have been more happy with our accommodations. There was plenty of room for everyone and the home was spotless. Couldn’t have asked for better convenience to downtown San Diego. Our host was extremely responsive and ensured check-in and out went smoothly. Will definitely plan to stay with this host the next time I’m in the area.

Richard and Coleen saved us! Our other rental backed out 2 days before we were supposed to arrive. This place was perfect for our family. Plenty of space, huge kitchen and a great backyard! We spent lots of time in the spool. Owners checked on us upon arrival to see if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again!!! 5 stars!

Cannot say enough good things about this home and the owners. The place was incredibly clean, beds were super comfortable and spool was perfect. Our kids loved the spool and slept great in their own rooms. The place was big enough to all be together or have your own space for some quiet. Hosts went above and beyond with their communication. Always very responsive and super helpful when we asked about shopping, restaurants, golf, etc. You are going to have a great time for sure. We will be back again! Cheers

Richard and Colleen saved our group from last minute disaster when our original host canceled the booking within 18 hours of check in. They worked with us to accommodate a few of our requests and we were able to check in that day into their beautiful home in San Diego. All amenities that you could ask for, and very clean house in a peaceful neighborhood. The house itself accommodated our group of 8 perfectly, and everyone enjoyed the house to the fullest. The spool was the main attraction for our traveling basketball team! Colleen and Richard are extremely responsive and will constantly be there for you without being intrusive! Can’t wait to book our next stay at any of their properties on the future. From our entire group, thanks again for a great trip and memories. -Hrag

The home was exactly what was pictured and assumed. Our family arrived easily to the home, settled in and enjoyed all the amenities. The house is centrally located to almost any fun area to see in San Diego, most trips lasting only 15 or so minutes to each site. The highlight of the home is the Spool in the backyard area. We unfortunately did not have Spool lights nor outside lights for our visit (which would create the ambiance the pictures portrayed) but for us it was fine to just enjoy the warm water and jets mostly in the mornings with sunshine hours. The hosts were very communicative and helpful, it was a pleasure to speak with Colleen to help with a problem due to a local (rare) power outage. She was quickly able to get us in touch with a serviceman and we fixed the problem quickly and able to enjoy the amenities immediately
