Nathan’s place was nice and cozy! The area was super nice and quiet! Looks exactly like the pictures. Washer and dryer was really nice! The showers have excellent water pressure! The breakfast nook was really nice for our group! We would rest urn if we are back in the area.

We came for the eclipse and really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and we enjoyed the backyard view of the eclipse.

The stay was good, easy check in and check out. Plenty of space to feel comfortable with 9 guests. Lots of blankets and pillows on the beds. There were a few fans available to use in the rooms, mostly because it was hot in the house even with the thermostat set low. The neighbors have signs, barriers, and a camera that goes off if you step off the driveway, that’s why they mention only having 4 vehicles max. Overall it was a good stay.

The listing itself was perfect. However, there's a not-so-friendly neighbor that apparently tends to call for police to drive by the neighborhood for someone "parking in front of their house" even when there's no one parked there. There's signs up and cones all over the neighbor's house notating exactly where NOT to park. Abide by the rules and still get cop interactions, so for that there's one less star than I'd actually put BUT THE BNB ITSELF IS PRETTY AND COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN AND HAS PLENTY OF SPACE FOR GUESTS.

Nathan's house was very clean! quiet peaceful neighbors! house had everything you need!! Nathan responded immediately! we loved that there were fans for noise if needed we had a great time!!
