We visited Dallas for the total solar eclipse and decided to stay in the area a few extra days to visit the city. Edson's place is located in an easy-to-find and quiet but well connected neighborhood in north-east Fort Worth. The house was clean and amenities were exactly as described in the listing. It looked like it was recently renovated, with new furniture. Edson was great at communicating, very quick to respond and addressed all our questions successfully. There are full size beds in the main bedroom and the bedroom at the end; the kids' bedroom had a bunk bed with a full size on the bottom and a twin on top. Overall, a comfortable stay that was reasonably affordable unlike many other options in the DFW area that were way marked-up around the eclipse dates.
