Great stay in LA! Can fully recommend. We were a group of 7 people and had a good time. With the large living room we had enough space.

Floors and baseboard need a deep cleaning. Mats throughout the house didn’t seem clean. There is a lot of dust throughout the house, the bathroom walls have streaks. I cleaned the bathroom vanity from prior stains, all the doors and handles need a deep cleaning, the water pressure inside the bathroom sink is extremely low. The dishes seem like they haven’t been cleaned in a while. I wiped down the coffee machine because it wasn’t cleaned (although I didn’t even plan on using it), the dish scrubbing sponge was old and smelled. I didn’t feel comfortable using any dishes. The house has a lot of potential but needs an array of things fixed/deep cleaned throughout the house. I really liked the heater in the bathroom and there are plenty of rollaway beds, pillows and blankets. The couch was very comfortable and the location was pretty quiet and worked well for us.
