Communication - Alice and Cedric were great in messaging and had an info booklet to help w our stay Location - close to Indian Rocks and CW Beach, grocery, restaurant (Seaweed Steaks), reasonable drive from airport, quiet well maintained neighborhood Home - well maintained, very clean living room kitchen bedrooms and bathrooms, AC worked well, we liked the no pet policy Beds - 3 of 4 guests found memory foam beds very comfortable (everyone has their preferences) Showers - shower head or water pressure was lighter in master bath Extras (but essentials) - beach chairs and sun tent were key to enjoying the beach! (suggestion to guests - take time to clean out the tent poles of sand before setting up or packing up.) Return visit? - Definite yes!
the house was spotless and a quiet neighborhood which was conveniently located to a lot. Alice was so responsive and helpful. What a great stay!
We loved Alice's home- beautiful inside amd you can sit outside and watch the wildlife as it comes to the yard (cranes, lots of birds and a timid racoon) Alice was very responsive and kind. We loved it here so much my husband started looking for jobs and similar houses nearby! Great house spread out enough for our pre teen to feel she could escape the parents and we could all have private space whilst having a lovely living space to spend time together too. We had some great meals out locally and explored the aquarium and local beaches. Great place for families and grown up holidays. Would recommend++++
The house was perfect for our family trip with a 5 year old and 2 year old. Very clean and well maintained home that felt welcoming and comfortable. We loved the ease of getting to the grocery store, restaurants and the beach and having the ability to do laundry and eat at the house while on vacation was very helpful with small kids. The owners were very responsive to any questions that we had and the check in/out process was very easy. We will definitely rent the house again when we return to the area!
Alice’s home was exactly what we wanted for our stay. A peaceful, quiet place away from the hustle of the beach areas yet only a short drive to the beach access areas. The screened in porch was a great place to relax as well and the yard made it feel secluded. Well equipped with beach chairs, bikes, and other needs for a beach trip. Would definitely stay there again! Alice was a great, responsive host!

Hello, we are a multi-culti family from Germany and France, we have lived and travelled to many different places in the world. We currently enjoy our beach life here in Florida with our 2 kids. We love to travel and often rent airbnb spaces, we know what it means to look for a homy feeling when far from home. Vacation is an important time everyone should be able to enjoy as much as possible. We hope you enjoy staying in our house which we believe has all you need for the perfect vacation: space for the whole family, beautiful furniture, comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen, a private pool in a quiet neighborhood and all of this close to the beach.
