This place was everything we needed for our group of 11. Plenty of sleeping space, comfortable beds, clean and a great pool area. Nguyen was super responsive to any questions we had.

My extended family of 8, including 2 children stayed for over a week at Nguyen's place. There was plenty of space to sleep, the pool area was amazing, 10 minutes from Indian Rocks beach and the kitchen/eating areas were great The host is very responsive if any problems arise (the house didn't have any grilling utensils, Nguyen had a nice new set on our doorstep the next morning!) so rest easy there The living room is a little small for our big group of 8, but would serve a family well. Also, please note, there are 4 bedrooms on the main level, 2 without closets, and 1 really nice master upstairs One of the 4 bedrooms on the main level is small and located past the laundry in it's own little addition by the garage. It may not work for everyone but my Father liked having his own quiet space and he isn't that fussy. With that being said, he also could have slept with my Mom and my sons in the large bedroom with 2 queen beds just fine Overall, we would stay here again! Thanks!
