Indian Rocks Beach’s directly on the sand and Gulf Of Mexico Reef Club condo with three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and on the top floor is your perfect vacation, seasonal, or home away from home destination! This new listing’s outdoor balcony faces the beach and gulf and is a perfect viewpoint to watch the sun go down! Turn off the AC and Open up the windows and crack open the sliders from November to April and enjoy the cool Seabreeze and listen to the waves roll in and out. During our summer and fall months enjoy watching the rain clouds come in and out while you are relaxing in bed or on the couch while watching your favorite movie or show on one of our large flat screens. The master bedroom is the farthest west facing room with direct views of the beach and your own slider to and from the balcony. The living room has a wet bar to wet your whistle and our cozy couches let you relax while looking out thru the sliders to the beach. Six person dining room comes next and then our fully stocked kitchen gives you every amenity you will need to make your family or group’s meals. Off the kitchen is our two twin guest bedroom. Across the hallway you will find your washer and dryer, another full size bathroom and guest room with two queen beds. The property boasts a pool, tennis courts, bbq grills, outdoor sitting areas, private path to and from the beach and free parking. You can walk to local restaurants, shops, and bars. Upon entering the condo, the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming. We had to buy plug-ins and air, freshener and fabric freshener. This was to be a working vacation for my son and daughter-in-law. It was impossible to work because of intermittent Internet, which was extremely frustrating. The condo needs some maintenance TVs didn’t work, fan didn’t work. There was no door handle on the front door, but the condo was somewhat clean and the view was beautiful.

This place was beautiful and just as described! It had breathtaking views and was situated right in between both Clearwater and Treasure Island but had our own less crowed beach right there. It also came equipped with everything we would need for the beach - towels, chairs, snorkeling gear, sand toys, and more! We would definitely stay here again.
Brandon was great to work with. We arrived and there were not enough beach towels or hand towels and they brought them right away when I contacted them. As with the other comments, this place could use a little updating. There were a lot of extra pillows and things but there weren’t extra pillow cases and they could probably be replaced. They might also have had a cat there? It kind of smelled a little like cats and then I did find cat litter in the closet. So if you are allergic to cats you may want to verify the cat situation. I think they could make a lot of little adjustments to make this place perfect. This is our third time staying at this complex and we do love it! The pool and proximity to the ocean are the best. I’m not sure if I would stay in this unit again but definitely recommend the building and Brandon.
Brandon was very responsive to all of our issues. I just believe the condo is overdue for a makeover
