I have never left a bad review and have attempted to address my concerns with the property manager, but they have yet to reply to me. This location did not appear very safe. My daughter and I ended up paying for a hotel room instead. I really wish I had known this before booking as they have a no refund policy. Fortunately, airbnb listened to our complaint and refunded most of our payment back to us. The place itself looks really nice, but some may want to know more about the location.

I enjoyed my stay here. The house was nice and the hosts were extremely friendly, welcoming, and quickly responded to any questions. Also enjoyed the location. I was minutes to downtown or the mall.

Great house that has everything you need. Neighborhood looks a little iffy, but never felt unsafe at any point in our stay. It’s in a great location, in a city that my wife and I have fallen in love with over the past few years. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was clean and well-appointed. It is evident that the host spent an abundance of time making it feel homey and inviting. Each bedroom has a desk, and two of the bedrooms have an extra chair for relaxing. I will admit that I was nervous when I first saw the poor condition of the neighborhood, but it ended up not being a problem at all. The location is great for getting to all things Asheville. We enjoyed our time at the Diamond Cottage!
