Very qiet and peaceful. Beautiful garden, nice swimming pool. Convenient location20 min. walk to Ajijic cental plazuela, 5 min. walk to Walmart. Pablo was responsive to any questions we had. We can certainly recommend it.

Lake Chapala is a magic Citi in Mexico, Pablo made it even more magical with his kind words, instant help in all aspects of personal needs. I stayed at his place until I closed on my new home. I needed someone to help me move. He recommended a couple, they were on time (which is not typical in Mexico), did a professional job. I recommend Pablo’s place without thinking twice. I had a fabulous time there.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. It was quiet and the grounds were beautiful and park like. We appreciated the clean, warm swimming pool and used it daily. Our apartment clean and was well set up with everything we needed for cooking and eating. Pablo is an excellent host — very friendly and responded immediately to any of our questions or concerns. I asked him if the suite had a hair dryer, he said no but I’ll go buy one, which he did. This villa is conveniently situated between two lovely towns, within walking distance through a beautiful, safe feeling neighbourhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Pablo, was kind enough to help me carry all of my luggages up to the apartment. He found someone to deliver water to me when the water was off. This airbnb was quite a surprise. Dealing with large spiders and ants. I took the time to deep clean the space, and for days while notifying the owner of the bug infestation. He did come over and had the place sprayed, but the place needs to be sprayed both inside and out when it is unoccupied. It also gets really loud around there at certain times. Overall, the airbnb without the mishaps and the noises on the weekends were a great place to unwind, relax and even enjoy. Everything was in walking distance. Plus, the scenery was breathtaking.

This is the place in the Lake Chapala area if you want to turn off and tune out. Right next to a babbling brook and a heard of goats. Very peaceful and quiet. Comes with a beautiful pool and beautiful grounds. In a gated community. Pablo is the perfect host and really cares for your comfort. 5-Stars all around.
