Eddie was an excellent and gracious host. We have stayed at several of his properties and visited the amazing Beak and Skiff campus numerous times and are never disappointed. We continue to create memories with our family here. Can’t wait to return this summer!

This was our second time staying at The Orchard Overlook. We enjoyed the house so much last year we decided to return for our anniversary weekend. The house is cozy, clean, and comes with so many amenities. Eddie is a great host.

The Orchard Overlook was everything we needed it to be for a peaceful, family weekend. The Tavern & Tasting Room was fantastic and the property was beautiful. Would absolutely book again, the house was amazing.

We just arrived from the most amazing trip in Eddies home. It was 8 of us, 3 moms and 5 kids and Eddies home was beautiful just as described. The home is comfy, very clean, and well equipped. We enjoyed every minute of it and the hot tub was awesome after a day of skiing in Greek Peak Mountain (40 min away) The kids loved the backyard, pin pong table and moms loved the cider he left for us. I had many questions for Eddie and he kindly answered them. I would highly recommend this home!

The Orchard Overlook is a fantastic property. Located on the Beak & Skiff grounds, it has panoramic views of the surrounding orchard and is easy to access. This was important, as there was an unexpected snow squall shortly before check out, and when it was time/safe to leave, the road had already been plowed! Although the pool was closed, being in the hot tub while it was snowing was my winter wonderland dream come true. There was also a lovely welcome gift that came in handy during the snowy nights. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
