Would recommend. We stayed when attending a wedding at Lochgreen. We visited Troon beach and Irvine beach during our stay as well. Location was ideal. The house itself is well equipped and comfortable. Derek was fantastic at communicating throughout. We would stay again.

Fabulous, relaxing stay. It is super quiet and peaceful. The property felt really homely and comfortable. Derek was super responsive and checked to make sure everything was ok.

This cottage was adorable and Derek was an exceptional host. Instructions for checking in were super clear and the directions were exactly as had been described. The cottage itself was stunning, well decorated and exceptionally comfortable. It features a very smart/intuitive system for controlling the heating remotely so you can get the cottage nice and warm ahead of arriving back from (if you choose to go on) a chilly walk! Very thoughtful and well laid out kitchen, full of everything you'd possibly need to make yourself at home! Plenty of space, beds were super comfy and linens were crisp and fresh. Plenty of towels around and more than enough storage space, if you wanted to bring plenty of clothes. Once again Derek was a brilliant host, checking and providing local knowledge for shops and things to do. Never took more than 10 minutes to reply to anything. Will definitely be back, brilliant brilliant 10/10 host. Thanks again!

We stayed here for the weekend and it felt like a home from home. It had everything we'd need, including some lovely extras. Derek was very thorough and helpful to provide us with information before our travels and was always extremely responsive. Location is ideal - lovely and quiet but not too far from the nearby towns. We'd recommend this beautiful stay and will definitely look to book in the future. Thank you Derek!

We needed a place to stay within a 10 mile driving distance of our own home while we were having major renovations done. This beautiful cottage met all of our needs on paper, but exceeded them in reality once we arrived. Beautifully kept, in pristine condition, cozy, homely and in a wonderfully quiet location - it was perfect for us & our nervous cat. Facilities were excellent, of a high standard and in full working order. Fresh decor throughout & lots of lovely wood. Plenty drawer & wardrobe storage available. Derek was the most wonderful host - rapidly responsive & friendly at all times whenever contacted. The welcome hamper was such a lovely treat on arrival, and the provision of a Feliway diffuser was a really thoughtful addition. Master bedroom has full blackout blinds & the thickest coziest duvet I’ve ever met in my life!!! We didn’t need to use the twin room but it looked lovely too. Would highly recommend.
