From start to finish we had a wonderful stay. Arrived Friday and went to the theatre that was fantastic. Cinema on Saturday. The accommodation is brilliant, warm on arrival. We stayed as a family of 4 and we all loved it. Short pleasant walk into town. Definitely first choice for us if we’re back in Ayr. Many thanks for having us.

From booking Neil was really helpful and quick to respond to messages. The guide he emailed was really helpful. The apartment was exactly as described and in a brilliant location with lots of restaurants, shops and things to do within walking distance. The apartment was well furnished and very clean with everything you could need for your stay plus very comfy beds! The extras such as the coffee machine and pods, shower gel, milk and books and games were well appreciated. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others and to book to stay again.

Enjoyed a great couple of nights at Neils flat, clear information for access. Warm, cosy flat that was well maintained, top standard of cleanliness, towels and linens bright, white with fresh laundered aroma. Everything in good working order and little touches which were appreciated. Great locale,walkable to town, shops etc. theres also a lift in the building so would be good for less mobile travellers, if stairs an issue. no noise heard from other flats, which can be a consideration when renting a flat, would stay again.
