Our villa fits perfectly from a simple couple up to a group of 30 persons. Watch video Super Villa is a spacious and beautifully located vacation house /conference center on the island where families and friends can enjoy the elegant surroundings, and where business groups can meet in a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. The area around the villa is perfectly suited for a conference or retreat resort. You are surrounded by sea and beautiful hilly countryside. The tranquility of the surrounding space at the same time provides a pleasant working environment and plenty of opportunity for outdoor leisure (swimming, fishing, sailing, boating, diving, snorkeling, hunting, hiking). In our villa, you stay in a pleasant and informal atmosphere, where professionalism, spirituality, and relaxation go hand in hand. You can combine work, fun, adventure, and team building in order to get the most from your meeting. You can rent any combination of facilities that meet your specific needs.

Our family enjoyed our time at this Airbnb. It is very large and can accommodate a huge group. We were a group of 8. There are 6 bedrooms in the main part of the villa and an additional side building with more room if needed. There is one room with a king size bed and all the others have at least 3 beds each (a combo of singles and double beds). All rooms have an en suite bathroom. The pool area is nice. This accommodation has a ton of potential but has many maintenance issues that need addressed. There is a strong sewer smell in the master. Many windows are missing screens so you can not leave the windows open at night due to mosquitoes. Several windows are broken. The extra cleaning sufficed for our stay but the entire house needs deep cleaned. Most of the lounge chairs outside are broken. Very few towels were provided and limited linens (they did bring more when asked). Kitchen was missing basics like oil, salt etc. Pagatinu (prepaid electric) is additional and not in the listing.
