Curacao was the 18th country I have visited. This is a luxury property so I expected a higher quality, more personalized, responsive and engaging level of service. The property did the bare minimum to meet our needs. requires in person checkin where you meet a staff member at the house on arrival day to receive the keys and, supposedly, other helpful information. The gentleman handed us the keys, said virtually nothing to us (e.g. welcome!, “you made it”) quickly left. The house is listed as 6 bedrooms but I’d argue is 5 (private) bedrooms as one bedroom is accessed by walking through another and a shared bathroom, this wasn’t clear and not ideal. The fans didn’t all work the first day, the property eventually and reluctantly visited the house to troubleshoot. There are two hammocks shown poolside in the photos but there are no hammocks. Finally, we were billed for actual utilities consumed (water and electric) after our stay, our bill included 2 hours of water filling the pool

Fantastic home with incredible ocean view. Rob was super friendly and very helpful. Our family really enjoyed and we all agreed that we will return.

The villa is attractive, especially the master bedroom, which is cozy and beautiful. However, a roof leak has made the room uncomfortable for sleeping due to water dripping onto the bed. The two other ground-floor rooms are comfortable but have the inconvenience of one room leading to the other, sharing a bathroom. The remaining three rooms are more basic, with similar bathroom issues that need renovation. In one room, there was no water in the shower, so we had to use another bathroom. On the positive side, the view and pool are stunning, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the Wi-Fi works perfectly, with a large TV screen. Our disappointment lies with the host, who did not take our concerns seriously. They claimed to fix the leak but it persisted. We had to sleep in the living room for three consecutive nights. Furthermore, our request for a partial refund went unanswered, necessitating Airbnb's involvement. We are still awaiting a response from Airbnb.

Wonderful house! Hosts met us on the property to show us around. Super clean, well equipped kitchen, beds super comfy, refreshing and amazing pool, gorgeous sunsets. Can't wait to return with more family to enjoy!!
