Steven’s place was the best! We had a lovely stay. The Bali-style bungalow is serene and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and watching the beautiful wildlife, monkeys, bats, birds, a pizote, and last but not least, a capybara. They are rare. I feel lucky to have seen one. We were checked in and attended to by Miel, Steven’s Associate. His communication was on point. He was super friendly and helpful. We’re grateful for our wonderful stay. Helpful Hints: The water in the house is fresh, drinkable, tasty well water. We brought bottled h20. It was not necessary. The roads in the area are a bit rough. I’d recommend a 4-wheel drive, especially during the rainy season. For the record, we were okay in our non-4-wheel mini SUV. It's dry season now.

All great. No issues. House works so well you don't feel the desire to move about. Beautiful beaches very close. Steven on top of all.

Wow wow wow, what an amazing place, from arriving at Liberia airport and taxing to Los Suenos was an adventure, some of the roads were great tarmac'd with lots of dirt tracks to follow. We arrived at Casa Lua, to be met by our son who lives in Costa Rica he stayed with us for the 2 weeks. The setting was beautiful in the jungle with an amazing seasalt water swimming pool was perfect. You need a vehicle to get about. 1st day we were visited by a family of Howler monkeys and through the 2 week stay we were visited by Black Vultures who drank from the pool and in the undergrowth were Costa Rician raccoons (Mapache). They were no threats at all, even got used to the bats on the outside eaves. Visited several restaurants one being La Luna in Nosara and an even closer one called Luna Azul. There are amazing beaches too one we visited several times was Los Juanillo beach only a couple of miles away with a great restaurant on he way called the Ancient. Can not rate this place highly enough.

We stayed for 10 days and had a wonderful time. The pool was fabulous. We had monkeys, Costa Rica raccoon and Costa Rica squirrel all visit us when we were out at pool. The bats 🦇 that are there were wonderful, we had no problem with them at all and we had no mosquito problem when we swam at night. The only thing that I would do differently would rent a 4 wheel drive.

My husband, daughter and I had a great time at Steven’s Airbnb!! The place was wonderful and well equipped. We used the pool everyday and were visited by lots of animals daily like an iguana, coatimundis, and hummingbirds. The bats that live outside the property super cute and don’t bother anyone! The drive to the nosara town is about 30 minutes and very bumpy, but definitely worth the drive. We got a flat tire and Steven came to the rescue and found someone to help within 10 minutes ! Oh and don’t forget to spend as much time as you can at San Juanillo beach (7 min drive away) to swim, snorkel and see the sun set. The town is cute with some really good restaurants too!
