Matthew's home was perfect for our weekend getaway. It was immaculate and exactly as described. The mattresses and much of the furniture seemed to be new, and there was no musty smell. There was an adequate number of dishes and enough pots and pans for simple meals. Heating and cooling were recently upgraded and worked very well. Matthew was very responsive throughout the process and we wouldn't hesitate to rent again.

Wonderful place to stay, looked just as the photos depicted. Matt was easy and quick to communicate with, if needed. Will definitely stay again if available.
