We really enjoyed staying at TJ and Patti's house in LBI! It was perfect for a big family gathering and the house was beautiful. We had a lot of cars since family was coming in from different states and they made sure we had plenty of parking options, which we really appreciated. Communication was fast and we have no complaints. The house was everything the description mentioned and more! We would love to come back!

Patty & TJ were great hosts, they were very responsive and gave great recommendations. The house was perfect for the weekend, with a pool and gorgeous kitchen. I will definitely come back for my next LBI trip!

If you’re considering renting TJ and Patti’s house- look no further and book now! I was down this past weekend and we rented their house for my sister’s bachelorette weekend. From the moment I booked until the moment I left their home, TJ and Patti were SO responsive. They were extremely flexible with check in and check out which was extremely helpful. The photos of their home don’t even do it justice. It is absolutely beautiful! It was the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. The house was so spacious. Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate for the weekend, but Patti took the time to give me tons of ideas for us to do. She was beyond sweet and thoughtful. TJ and Patti even contacted us while we were down there to suggest moving any cars off the street due to the storms that were coming. I am hoping to stay in this home again in the near future. I am SO glad I decided to book with TJ and Patti. They have been the absolute best owners to rent from! Thank you for everything!

Great location with a very easy walk to a beautiful beach, and lots of space for very large parties (15+). The hosts are extremely responsive and helpful. The home is new construction with all the modern amenities and a fantastic layout for a wonderful stay at the beach.

The location is great - close to the main section of Long Beach Island. At first, we were concerned about the proximity to the main road since we had young kids with us, but that wasn't an issue. The home was a bit smaller than we expected - the living and dining spaces ended up working for us since half of the group could eat outside and the rest could eat inside. Two notes for potential renters: - Linens are not provided. We ended up spending $500 for linens for the week. - There are some awkward parts of the house that cause some annoyances - no towel racks, no dressers or end stands, some areas where you can bump your head on fixtures.
