We really enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent, and within walking distance of everything in Weirs Beach. The place itself was spotless, and had all of the necessary amenities there for us already, even coffee filters. We would happily recommend to anyone.

Dawne was a great host. She answered my initial inquiries quickly and gave me the inside track that other renters were asking about it and to book quickly. You can't get closer to the beach in this spot, and the screened in porch was amazing eat quick lunches or breakfasts in a picturesque spot. Tough to find reasons to leave your lodgings! Walkable to everything you'd want in Weirs Beach and under 1 hr to most of the White Mountains attractions. If you are looking for a quaint spot in the heart of the action you can't find a better place.

Great location, excellent parking, lovely, clean space. We loved the porch where you can watch the boats go by! The beach area was very nice and clean. Dawne was very responsive and communicative and the check in/keypad lock was the easiest we’ve ever used. There are a lot of other rentals at the property so there is some neighbor noise (until quiet hours) and lots of smoking outside that drifts up unfortunately. The bathroom is pretty tiny and the bedrooms are close to a noisy road. But the location is super convenient to walking to Weirs Beach and boardwalk as well as great restaurants like El Jimador and Twin Barns Brewery. Plus we love playing pinball at the American Classic Arcade Museum.

Highly recommend staying at Dawne’s listing! My husband and I went with another couple and we had a blast with plenty of space, but we definitely want to come back with our toddler!
