Helen was very easy to work with during booking and made sure that our check-in process was smooth as can be! The property itself… AMAZING. We have 2 toddlers and this property made a beach vacation such a breeze. Multiple pools, poolside bar with pretty good food and AWESOME frozen drinks, directly on the ocean, easy trolley access, and walkable to lots of shops! The staff at this condo was sooooo wonderful. Parking was included with our stay and they even offer valet parking for $25 additional a night (payable on site). I cannot rave enough about this property and our stay. So convenient and enjoyable!!!

Working with Helen was a breeze, she was easy to communicate with and always replied quickly when I had a question. The ease of booking and getting the information needed to book over to her was seamless. This review is geared mainly to the Oceanaire Resort itself - there were several issues that made our stay a bit stressful and less than enjoyable. The sales team at the resort was persistently invasive which was both stressful and distracting - they called our room and left messages, stopped us on our way through the lobby and on our way to the pool. In addition, there was a general feel of disrepair in the resort - our floor smelled of garbage for the last few days despite staff being around constantly, there were missing signs and lights not working in some areas. On a more positive note, there were plenty of restaurants and shopping necessities within walking distance and the parking situation was easy and painless.
