The place was great! Very cute, love how they utilized the smaller spaces so nothing felt small. Personal touches as far as decorations, kitchen amenities, fresh eggs, ice provided (big plus for me!). Only disappointment was we didn't get to play with the dog! Maybe next time!

We booked this place so our son would have room to run and explore after so much traveling. He ended up not being able to travel with us, but April went out of her way to make sure his stay would've been comfortable and entertaining before we even checked in. It was a peaceful stay, the home was clean, and the fresh eggs were an added bonus!

We had a fantastic stay here. Loved the little touches of home and the hospitality they offered. We were there for vacation to travel the area and explore the sites so this made a fantastic home base for all our adventures. Tail of the Dragon, Cade's Cove, Greenback Castle Smokey Mountains National Park and just so much we couldn't get to but will on our next adventure. We hope we can stay here again because it was near perfect for our needs.

Aprils place is so cozy and clean. Her hospitality was so amazing. We arrived late to Tennessee and April had the apartment ready and unlocked for us with lights on so it wasn’t dark when we arrived. There were farm fresh eggs and water bottles for us in the fridge as well. The property is absolutely beautiful and the tress that lined up the driveway were stunning. April and her husband were both so sweet and made sure we were taken care of and well. Their little farm was so nice. The location of the property was great from everything. Far enough way to relax but close enough to do all the touristy things! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to relax at the end of a busy day or even the entire time! We would definitely stay again

We would like to thank the host. Our experience was great starting from communications to the the place its self and stay there. It was peaceful and enjoyable. If we come back to the area and need a place to stay we would stay there again and we highly recommend it.
