We had a great stay at Matthew’s place for skiing at Jay and the big total solar eclipse! The location was perfect! Right on the mountain so we could ski out and back in. We also could easily walk to the Tramside village for everything we needed. The water park is right there too for those who are using it. Matthew’s place was very clean and easily fit our family of 5. The beds were comfortable and kitchen had the basics so we could cook meals in the condo to save money. Highly recommend!

Great location on Queens Highway for easy ski in and ski out. Communications was perfect with the host.

My family and I had a great vacation at Jay Peak and a great stay at Matthew's condo. The condo was in a centralized location, so easy access to Tram Side and the Pump House. The condo was clean and comfortable, and you could just about ski to the back door!

We initially had trouble with the lock and some things the cleaners didn’t fully do to turn over the place. However, the location is great- super easy to ski in/out and can walk down to the tram lodge amenities, including the indoor water park and arcade. Also, so glad the place was dog friendly and we could bring our pup!
