Another great stay with Sarah and Ian, who make you feel very welcome in their home. Location is just a short bus ride into Liverpool City Centre with all its attractions.

I felt excellent! The location is close at hand, easy to reach from the bus. The room and the bathroom are bright and spacious. The bed is large and very comfortable. Comprehensive and delicious breakfast! Fast WiFi and Apple TV available. If you can find many of the above at other hosts, at Sarah and Ian's place it was a pleasant and sincere discovery, always open, ready for friendly conversation and suggestions for places of interest around.

We loved our stay with Sarah and Ian. They provided a very warm welcome and immediately made us feel very at home. The bedroom and private bathroom are spacious and well-equipped and the breakfast provided is varied and substantial. The location is within walking distance of some excellent restaurants and pubs. All round, a very good find.

Felt like a home from home for our short two night stay. very welcoming with a cup of tea on arrival. Plenty of local recommendations for eating in Oxton.

Sarah and Ian went well out of their way to make us feel at home. Instead of it being a place for lodging, it felt more like we were there visiting old friends. It was the best AirB&B I ever stayed at. They went way out of their way to make us feel welcome. I was very surprised how much there was to see and do in the area. It was a gem (Goldsmith 💎).
