What an amazing house and location. This MADE our whole vacation! We loved it. The location was perfect in between Boston and the Cape Cod! The backyard was literally the most gorgeous ocean. There were more than enough beds for our family. The 32 steps up from the beach back up to the house was a little tough if you are out of shape or tired haha. We would love to come back!

The property was great in that it had beach with private access and a great pool. The pool itself is heated, has lots of water floats. It has a great deck which is in the sun most of the day. The pool itself has morning through noon sun. The house is old and charming. It is decorated beachy. There are plenty of kitchenware and places to eat. We chose to not use the dining room and had 2 tables on the glassed in porch and one by the pool and one on the deck to choose from. There were toys for the 3 year old. When we arrived it was great to not have to go over the bridge to Cape Cod which was really backed up. All restaurants of any substance except for one pizza and one Chinese restaurant were all in Cape Cod so taking the bridge back and forth caused us extra 15 to 30 minutes each way so keep that in mind. The washer and dryer are on the 2nd floor which was great. There is a lockbox looking holder for extra paper goods which was not readily apparent but the host's agent responded within minutes. Great multigenerational home.
