Our family of ten had a great time at this house. The location on Great Herring Pond was excellent for water activities. Ryan is an exceptionally attentive host and made sure the kitchen, living areas and lake equipment were well provisioned.

Ryan’s house is one of the best spots we’ve ever stayed in. Waking up every morning to that majestic view of the lake never got old. The super clean and nicely furnished house is stocked with everything you’ll need for your stay. We stayed in December so we couldn’t swim in the lake but being able to go down to the dock to read was amazing. We spent most of our time in the sunroom reading with the space heater and the room got so toasty we had to turn it off. The wifi is really strong for streaming and continuing to work from afar. Ryan is also very fast to respond to any questions and anticipated any problems we might have. A great great spot and can’t wait to be back.

This is the perfect place to bring family and friends! The lake is beautiful and the views from the house are unbelievable. The house was clean and had amazing amenities for guests to use! Ryan had great communication throughout the entire trip and responded to messages immediately.

Wonderful home. Fantastic. Kayaking on the pond was so beautiful. And we had everything...kayaks, life jackets, canoe, flat boards. Scusset beach very close. Sunset view from one room. You could not ask for anything more. Enjoy! Owner answered us very quickly with any questions we had. Big refrigeration. Absolutely lovely in all ways.

Ryan’s lake house was absolutely gorgeous. Our trip to Cape Cod was even more amazing because of this house. Would definitely stay here again.
