This place was comfortable and homey, and big enough for our family of 6! We really enjoyed the firepit and the big kitchen table. The weather wasn't the greatest so we were unable to use the kayaks and canoe much, but we had a great time playing games and cooking together. Loved the big deck, and the view of the lake was beautiful!
Had a great time
The house is located on the lake side, in the forest, with its own beach and kayaks. Interior design of the house is very well thought in great many details. For example, the generation of the 80s and 90s can discover there things like Nintendo computer games, vinyl record player, board games; for the kids there are lots of other staff. Kitchen and dinning place are very comfortable. Terrace is nice with a view over the lake. There is a fire pit and barbecue grill. So, if you are up to 10 people thinking where to spend your memorable time, I'd highly recommend the place.
The home was very cute. To me it is more of a summer rental than Winter. There would have been a problem had it snowed. Driveway is steep and difficult to maneuver. The first night we did not have any heat! It got very cold and I had my grandson son with me who was 7 months old. I asked to be reimbursed for 1 night. I paid $1271.00 for 3 nights - that included cleaning for $300. They only reimbursed me a portion of the one night. I am hoping that they will give me the full amount that I am owed. It has been a while - waiting for a decision. Tv was an issue because they do not have cable. They did have like Netflix and other streaming services - had 3 clickers and couldn’t figure out which ones to use. They should have directions in the book. I have to say that AIR B&B was very responsive. It wasn’t a bad experience. Just don’t think it went as smoothly was I was expecting.
The place was very nice and there was shampoo and other things provided, which was nice as well. The driveway is a bit tough because it’s very steep with very little room to turn around on the bottom. But the accommodations were fine.
