a lot would say the neighborhood isn’t safe and dangerous, but looking past that everyone is super nice everyone will say hi to you & have conversations! there is a lot of gang activity & the road was shut down by the police a couple times but no one is going to harm you or your property! there was a super sweet young kid that just wanted someone to hangout if he ever stops by & says hi talk to him for a bit. the manger is HORRIBLE she lives on the property & is very invasive. she will walk through your yard at 830 in the morning & knock on your door & wake you up. make sure all your dog poop is picked up right or she will be over. away Javier the owner is wonderful, very respectful, always reply’s fast. had no issues with him!! she also knocked on our door to tell us where to park after she said to park in one place. we also saw her looking out her window a couple times as we left it’s all in all a wonderful place to stay & i would definitely be back, hopefully a new manger by

Javier’s place was everything described! Sofi Stadium is about 10 minutes away, 15 with traffic and it was the perfect distance. The Airbnb was clean and tidy ready for us to stay and had what we needed!
