This apartment is called "Il Moraiolo", and is composed of a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a living room with single sofa bed and wood-burning stove, and a fully-equipped wooden kitchenette decorated with hand-painted tiles. The apartment is on the first floor, entrance is from the loggia that overlooks the very characteristic terracotta courtyard. On the other side it offers great views of the valley below and the surrounding hills. In this Farmhouse there are terracotta panoramic terraces (one with large stone barbecue), equipped for eating outside, a fantastic infinity pool with sunbeds, outside shower, tables and umbrellas, a spacious common room with many books and tourist info, a free wireless internet connection and games and books for children. In our property there are several trails for nature walks, jogging and trekking. We offer a fun Italian cooking lesson with dinner in our common room, held by a young local chef. The closest town (Tavernelle di Panicale) is 10 minutes away by car. Here you will find pizzerias, bakeries, supermarkets, shops, etc. There are delicious restaurants in the area serving typical Umbrian meals. The beaches and islands of Lake Trasimeno are 20 minutes away by car. In Tavernelle you will also find a tennis court and a great water park.
