Would have been a five star just needs some attention to detail, for the cleaning/ maintenance team to fix we were unable to use the dishwasher as it had an error code and was dirty on arrival, this I feel should have been check and working prior to arrival, yes there is a contact for reporting issues while at the property but as it was a short stay it wasn’t ideal to be having to do this, plus it was also dirty on arrival so hadn’t been checked prior to arrival. The property had other small issue for cleaning and maintenance, stained, mattress in bunk room, loose toilet seats, loosed toilet roll holder, leaking water under the sink, items wet & small amount in front of the oven on the floor on the in the morning, thick dust on the end of the curtain poles, stains on radiator in the lounge, wrappers under table. Flat batteries in the game console remotes.The furniture/ beds are comfortable, nice open plan kitchen/lounge, lots of light. Good wardrobe space. Spectacular view all round
