I was very happy with my stay at Limetree Beach Resort. The room was beautiful, the view was perfect, and the location is ideal. I will be back.

The location was awesome and David's responsiveness was stellar. We literally booked "last minute" (on the ferry from St. Johns to St. Thomas) and was on property about 20 minutes after booking. Things weren't quite ready - but the concierge spent some extra time speaking with us and giving us the low-down on local hot spots and attractions. David was on also on it - in the background making sure the check-in went smoothly and communicating with us during the process. After a few pina coladas at the on-site bar, we were in our room. Shortly thereafter, relaxing on the beach. Cool guests and a visit from Santa were the highlights. Good mix of ages - not too kiddie, not too old. We never left the property on our 2-day stay. Would definitely recommend both the property and David as a host - he truly cared and reached out multiple times to make sure all was well. Look forward to some future visits to St. Thomas.

Perfect stay. The unit is close to the beach and pool. It is newer and has a great roomy layout. There were no issues at all. The host was instant with his communication and had lots of helpful tips. Thanks!!!
