The place is great! Beautiful grounds, large house, lots of things to do. Our only issue was that the kitchen was stocked poorly—one glass, three forks, no salt, two dull knives. Other than that, the stay was great!

The home was advertised as being 6 beds, but it was only 5. Original advertisement had a sofa bed, but that couch was replaced with an L shaped couch that did not have a pullout. Two of my guests ended up sleeping on an air mattress. Think of it as a handyman special home. The view was great, but the deck was falling apart. The entire top deck railing from the master bedroom to the sitting area upstairs shook if you leaned on it. There was a substantial amount of loose or rotted boards on the deck. The cornhole/baggo boards were broken as well, we had to stick a pencil through one of the legs to try to play. Despite having a great hot tub, the outside lights did not function, and people were forced to blindly walk around on wet decking and steps to get to it. One of the vertical trim pieces in the house wasn't secured near the wine cooler. Be very careful if your guests are small children or consume alcohol as it is very likely they will harm themselves on this deck.

Overall we enjoyed this place. Loved the outdoor space! Really enjoyed the hot tub. But there were a lot of little things that could be done to make this place much better. One example is with the outdoor space, almost all of the lights didn't work. It was such a large outdoor space that really needed some lights to help you see walking to the hot tub or really any of it. So once the sun went down, it got really dark to where you really couldn't be out there anymore. It would be so easy to put some outdoor hanging lights in that area. Overall, it needs some updating to bring this property to the next level.

Our family had a great vacation here! Beautiful lake and had all the amenities we needed to cook every day!
