Mermaid Manner was beautiful! A well appointed and designed home that has plenty of open room and beautiful scenery. Need to rerent the location during the summer months to experience the pool and the lake.

This is a wonderfully well-appointed, beautiful home! It was immaculate inside and out - fun, attractive decor, great views of the lake, beautiful pool, and ample space inside and out. Our family of 12 (4 kids, 3 couples - spanning 3 generations) fit comfortably in the home within each of the 3 very defined family bedroom areas (upstairs - 1 room with 3 bunks, 1 king sized bed & full bath between them; main floor - same basic set up as above plus another area with a bedroom & full bath). Having access to an extra full size fridge and 2 sets of full size washer/dryer made our Thanksgiving meal prep and 5 day stay that much more comfortable. Wallace and Lisa were extremely responsive to any question we had & went out of their way to follow up and ensure we were finding everything to our liking. It is clear they put a lot of care and thought into the home and truly care about their guests’ experience/stay. We would definitely look to stay here again if we return to the Hot Springs area!

My friends and I are mermaids with a local character company in Tulsa- so of course we had to stay at Mermaid Manor! This stay well exceeded our expectations, and we had so much fun. Probably the best girls weekend I’ve had.

This place is stellar. Stay here, you will not regret it. It is clean. Has every amenity you could desire. Fish and boat right off the dock. Gorgeous pool!!! Peaceful and relaxing. My family had the best time! We will be back!

Rented a boat so we were on the lake alot. Enjoyed the pool and firepit. Cooked out on patio a lot. A little more time in the morning for check out would be great. Maybe 10 instead of 9.
