Lovely lodge, we stayed with two babies under two and it was fab. The lodge was as described and pictured and was spotless when we arrived. There are lots of nice homely touches and the little welcome gifts were very much appreciated! The layout of the lodge is great and very spacious. Fab showers and lovely decking area too. The site is lovely and peaceful and not too far from shops and surroundings attractions. Denise was great before and during our stay. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!
We enjoyed a long holiday stay at the lodge. Denise made us feel welcome with Christmas decorations and goodies. We had plenty of space for the five of us, and we especially appreciated the well-appointed kitchen for cooking our holiday dinners. Even though the weather was rainy, we enjoyed visits to the Lake District and the Dales. The lodge was perfect for our vacation.

It was a comfortable stay for us and we enjoyed family time.
The house was spotless and had a lovely huge open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area looking on to water. The patio seating area looked great (though we sadly didn’t get much use of it as the weather wasn’t right). The location was good for exploring the lakes (Windermere was around half an hour). The host Denise was really helpful with questions in advance and very prompt in her responses. We would love to visit again.

We are a small family business offering a variety of excellent self catering accommodation in the UK. If you are looking for Leisure/Pleasure we let 'Princes Apartment' which is based in Morecambe by the sea. We also list a home from home static caravan based in Borwick and just recently two fabulous lodges, a 'Platinum' lodge, and a 'Gold' lodge, both on the same park in the north of England, on the edge of the Lake District. For those looking for a business stay we have 3 Serviced Apartments based in Wigan, Greater Manchester. 'The Loft' studio which sleeps 3 and 2 large fully equipped apartments each with 2 large bedrooms which are ideal stay long or short for business trips to Manchester or Liverpool or surrounding area's. Managing the holiday homes/serviced apartments is my part time role, I enjoy communicating with guests and I enjoy achieving bookings. I manage the whole process from start to finish to ensure my guests have a great and comfortable stay, and they submit an honest and great review. Our latest venture is 2 holiday lodges, which are both situated on the 5* South Lakeland Leisure village, the gateway to 'The Lakes'. Both lodges sleeps 6, and one lodge is pet friendly so you can bring along your 4 legged friend for a small additional cost. "Whenever I stay overnight I expect good quality and comfortable accommodation, along with a great service so I believe our customers should expect the same."
