Beautifully appointed fully equipped self-catering 2 bedroom stone built Cottage set on Tewitfield Marina near Carnforth. Lancaster Canal is just a stones throw away and is perfect for lovely walks. Country views, dedicated parking, and an Inn & Restaurant just across makes the cottage an ideal place for your time away! This luxury Cottage is spread over 2 floors and offers 2 large comfortable bedrooms with Kingsize beds (if you require a twin please let us know on booking and we will accommodate if possible*), a light spacious open plan lounge and fully equipped kitchen offering everything you need for a hassle free self catering stay. The bathroom has a large shower with vanity units downstairs and a shower over bath upstairs. Linen and Towels are provided, but we do not provide Cot Linen. There is private parking *We do have 4 cottages available and you will be allocate as per your preferences where possible. Please note all cottages follow a very similar theme and floor plan. Comfortable, well maintained and clean cottage, with everything provided that you would need. Lovely walks along the canal from the door. Easy access to nearby villages and surrounding countryside and the southern Lakes. Only downside was the noise from the motorway, which is obviously out of Ali's control!

Lovely property in a great setting. The house had everything that we needed and the restaurant next door was also very good - friendly staff and tasty food.
Lovely cottage. Good size. Nice location, good walks around. Accommodating for dogs. Everything you needed there. Just off the motorway so convenient for travel, but can’t hear motorway from room which is good. On booking I wasn’t aware of extra charge for dogs on air b&b but the host did send a message to say this after booking.

The restaurant prides itself on serving locally sourced pub food at its best and the bar is well stocked with local hand-pulled ales and world-renowned wines.
There is so much to see and do in the area you will be spoilt for choice during your stay here with us.
Our cottages are ideally situated for walks along Lancaster Canal. We are five minutes from Jct 35 of the M6 and at the gateway to the Lake District.
There is ample free parking and a car is recommended to explore the surrounding area.
