Stayed there for a year. Great value with many amenities included. Nyoh is kind, supportive, and responsive in fixing issues. Two considerations: Dryers run downstairs, from 7:30 am to 10 pm, causing a bit of noise and vibration in the room (was ok for me as I sleep early and I’m outside most of the day). Street can be noisy in summer/warm weather, even late on weekdays.

Without a doubt, this has been one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever had. Nyoh, as a host, is one of the nicest and most humble people that I’ve had the pleasure of meeting! He goes far and beyond to make sure that his guests are comfortable at their stay. Moreover, the room itself was fantastic! The bed was super comfortable, the room was spacious with a huge tv, drawers, a huge work desk, and there was even a little mini fridge in the back with cookware ready for use in the kitchen in the other room. If I wanted to wash my clothes, there was a laundromat conveniently downstairs owned by the host. The location was also fantastic! You’re right next to a grocery store for easy shopping and the subway is only 10ish minutes walking distance from the Airbnb. All-in-all, If I could give this Airbnb an 11/10, I would because it’s that good.

good space. Very private. The neighborhood is lively. I wanted to stay longer.
