I recently stayed at Ramzi's place located right in the heart of Bole, and it was incredibly convenient. The house is a gem - spacious with lots of rooms, all well-kept and tidy. One standout feature was the option to request a cleaning lady; she was absolutely super, extremely efficient, and very pleasant. Ramzi as a host was very responsive and always ready to help with anything I needed. His hospitality added so much to my stay. I'm already looking forward to my next trip to Addis and will definitely be staying at Ramzi's place again!

Great apartment in the heart of Bole. Located within walking distance to many restaurants/bars/cafes and VERY safe. 24hr security guards were really attentive to who comes in/out of the apartment which helped with maintaining safety. Check in/out process was very smooth and straightforward. Each room and bathroom was really spacious and clean . Highly recommend if you want to stay in a central located and safe location of Bole.

Ramzi's unit is very spacious, super clean, and the traditional/modern furniture makes this place a unique space. I initially choose Ramzis place for the location, but this is by far the best airbnb I've ever stayed. we felt safe at this place even when coming late at night. the apartment building has 24hr security that are friendly. Ramzi/Essam have been very responsive to questions and requests, and flexible with a few requests which made my stay very convenient. we were so comfortable here, we felt at home. I would definitely stay at Ramzis again on my next visit!!!

Our stay at the apartment was amazing! Very clean and beautiful place. It was like a home away from home - it’s so spacious and really just the best place to stay at in Addis. The location is really central. Ramzi is also a great host. Whenever we need something and text him, he is responsive immediately and the situation is taken care of. The guards are very nice- it’s a very well secured place where you feel safe. If you have a visitor, they won’t let the person in before they come to us and verify if we know and expect that person. Ramzi was also very kind to be flexible with our check in and check out times based on our flight, having his brother help us with the luggages, etc. If you are coming to Addis, make sure you stay here!
